Shipping & Returns

Charlotte Russe ships Monday - Friday, excluding selected holidays. You'll be provided with the total shipping cost during checkout. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the order date. For Expedited and Express delivery, place orders before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday for best chance to ship same business day. Please note: Charlotte Russe cannot guarantee same business day shipment. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

1: It may take more than 10 business days to deliver to remote locations in the US.

2: Fragrance products & nail polish are not available for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. U.S. Virgin Islands may receive notification for pick-up in areas without regular delivery service.

3: It may take more than 24 business days to deliver to remote locations for Military APO/FPO addresses. Items over 70 lbs, freight-only items, and fragrance, nail polish and flammable items cannot be shipped.

4: By ordering goods from this website, I hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by the operator of the website to act as my agent, and to transact business with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for applicable duties and taxes, to return merchandise to the operator of the website and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from the operator of the website. In this connection, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund check issued by CBSA in my name, so that the operator of the website can be reimbursed.


Return policy

We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interest of hygiene, earrings, cosmetics and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time. Swimwear may not be returned if the hygiene seal is broken. No items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Items can only be returned or exchanged in the country in which they were originally purchased.

Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Price Adjustment Policy
Price adjustments may be applied with the original receipt on regular priced items bought in store only, within 7 days of the original purchase. Not applicable on items purchased on promotion or in conjunction with a fundraising campaign.

Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used.

To return via courier
To return item(s) purchased online, enter your order number and zip code in the fields below. Your order will appear on the next page. Select the item(s) you wish to return and click the submit button. You will receive an email confirming your request and a return label with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For purchases made using PayPal, returns can only be processed online and refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account. PayPal purchases are non-refundable in store.
